RBFCU Wins MemberXP 2022 Best of the Best Award

Four years in a row, with recognition in three additional categories

LIVE OAK, Texas (March 9, 2022) — MemberXP, a member experience solution of CU Solutions Group, has named Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union a 2022 Best of the Best award winner.

This marks the fourth year in a row RBFCU has been recognized, and this year the credit union has won in additional three categories including: Best New Member Experience, Best New Account Experience and Best Transaction Experience based on 2021 performance measures.

The prestigious Best of the Best award is granted each calendar year to credit unions that have consistently provided exceptional member service. The Best of the Best award is independently granted by MemberXP based on specific criteria, including member service and ease of use.

MemberXP is a credit union platform that allows members to provide immediate feedback on the service they receive. Serving credit unions in the United States and Canada, MemberXP uses mystery shops and member surveys to gauge the overall member experience across multiple delivery channels.
