Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union Increases Starting Pay to $20 per Hour

LIVE OAK, Texas (Oct. 24, 2022) — Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) is increasing the starting pay for employees to $20 per hour.

Prior to this announcement, RBFCU’s starting pay was $18 per hour. This most recent increase reflects RBFCU’s commitment to attracting talented employees that serve our growing membership so well. Current eligible employees will also receive a pay increase.

“Our employees are dedicated to our mission of improving our members’ economic well-being and quality of life,” RBFCU President and CEO Christopher O’Connor said. “In turn, RBFCU’s leadership is investing in our employees’ financial wellness and overall well-being.”

Along with competitive pay, RBFCU employees receive a generous benefits package that includes paid time off and paid holidays, a 200-percent company match on “entry tier” contributions to a 401(k) program, and medical, vision and dental coverage from the first day of employment.

“RBFCU is committed to improving the lives of our employees by providing a positive work environment that prioritizes employees’ health and happiness,” Mr. O’Connor said. “Ultimately, our employees are what help set us apart.”

RBFCU has been steadily recognized for standout service to members and earned the MemberXP 2022 Best of the Best award. The credit union has also received several workplace awards, including being named a Top Workplace by the San Antonio Express-News for 11 consecutive years.
