RBFCU Breaks Ground on First Branch in Denton County

Groundbreaking for the proposed location in The Colony marks a commitment to growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

LIVE OAK, Texas (Aug. 27, 2024) — Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) has proudly served the North Texas community for nearly a decade. It continues its commitment to the Dallas-Fort Worth area with a new branch in The Colony, which had its official groundbreaking Thursday, Aug. 22. This will be RBFCU’s 63rd branch and first in Denton County.

When the credit union opened its doors to the DFW-area nearly 10 years ago, RBFCU had nearly 6,000 members. Since the construction of the first North Texas branches, RBFCU’s growth has expanded to seven branches serving more than 70,000 DFW-area members.
