RBFCU to Host Groundbreaking Ceremony in North Texas at Proposed 64th Branch

Groundbreaking for RBFCU location in Garland marks a commitment to growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

LIVE OAK, Texas (Oct. 10, 2024) — Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) continues its decade-long commitment to growth and service to members in North Texas with a new branch in Garland, Texas.

This will be RBFCU’s 64th branch, projected to be the ninth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The groundbreaking ceremony for the new branch is set for Friday, Oct. 11, 10 a.m. at 5005 N. George Bush Highway.

When the credit union first arrived in DFW, RBFCU boasted nearly 6,000 members. Since establishing our initial North Texas branches, RBFCU’s growth has flourished to seven branches, with over 70,000 DFW-area members.

RBFCU is also making the commitment to grow the talent that it has continued to develop in DFW.

“We have already identified experienced leaders from our ranks to lead this branch with a heart to serve the Garland community. We’re recruiting a staff that will include many who call Garland home, and they will offer the same sort of world-class member service that RBFCU is known for throughout Texas,” Sekula said.
